Viabletree presents an innovative platform designed specifically for the odd job industry, catering to roles such as bartenders, waitresses, and similar positions. Our user-friendly platform connects job seekers, vendors, and administrators, streamlining the process of finding and hiring suitable candidates for short-term positions. With our solution, job seekers can easily browse and apply for available odd job listings, while vendors can effortlessly post job openings and select the most suitable candidates. Administrators have full control over the platform, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. Experience the convenience and efficiency of our platform as we revolutionize the way odd jobs are filled.

The Challenge

  1. Managing complex shifts to accommodate staff and streamline operations efficiently.
  2. Encountered a Magic API that identifies the most suitable candidates who perfectly match the job description.
  3. After the project’s completion, intelligently address all feedback to keep the system up-to-date and fulfill all client requirements.

Main Goals

The primary objective of this project was to develop a robust and scalable platform that would act as an intermediary between job seekers and vendors seeking to fill odd job positions. The platform would cater to the needs of three main user roles: Superadmin, vendor, and staff. The Superadmin assumes overall control of the platform, overseeing all operations, while vendors are responsible for day-to-day management and job listings. Furthermore, the Slashy app provides staff members with the opportunity to register themselves and explore a wide range of suitable job opportunities.

What did Viabletree do to successfully achieve this project?

Viabletree developed a website and application for Slushy, catering to job seekers seeking odd jobs. They handled the design, development, and maintenance of the platform. To begin, Viabletree conducted thorough market research and analysis to understand user requirements and challenges in the industry. They designed an intuitive interface to enhance the user experience. Leveraging their full-stack development expertise, Viabletree built a scalable and secure platform, including backend infrastructure for user authentication, job management, and communication. The front-end development focused on creating a responsive interface accessible on the web and mobile devices.

These features included invoicing procedures, data security, personalized jobs, staff profiles, in-app real-time chat, notification popups, admin/user service provider interfaces, reviews, and ratings.
